ADULTS ONLY
This class is open to anyone aged 18 and older and follows a flexible, drop-in format rather than a membership. It will be organized like an open gym, people can come and work on what they want and at their own pace. However, coaches will be available to spot and teach if instruction is desired. It is a great way to build strength and improve flexibility as well as coordination. In addition, it will provide opportunities to meet new people and be a part of a supportive community. Everyone is welcome regardless of their skill level or experience. Come when it works for you—no commitment.

CONDITIONING/FLEXIBILITY CLASS
The purpose of this class is to build strength and endurance as well as improve flexibility and explosive power. Developing these physical qualities are foundational to perform complex skills safely and effectively. This class will be taught primarily by Coach Mckayla (experience in competitive gymnastics and conditioning training) as well as Coach Lindsay (experience in crossfit and weight training). This class will be 9 weeks long, every Monday 8:30am–9:30am through June and July. All athletes 8 years old and older are eligible for enrollment.

STUNTING CLASS
This class is designed to teach students the fundamentals of stunting and prepare them both physically and mentally. Students will learn proper form, technique and body control. They will work balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. Whether you are a spotter, flyer, or base this class will help you improve your stunting skills. This class will be taught primarily by Coach Emery (experience in school, competitive, and all-star cheerleading). This class will be 9 weeks long, every Thursday 2:00–3:00pm through June and July. All athletes 7 years and older are eligible for enrollment.
