Cancellation policy:
Our gym works on a month-to-month basis. If you need to cancel tumbling classes, a drop request form must be filled out. The drop request forms will be available at the front desk or you can email leveluptumbling24@gmail.com to have it sent to you. The form will need to be completed and turned in by the 15th of the month before cancellation. This allows time to fill the spot and drop classes before payments are processed. If the form is not filled out and turned in by the 15th you will need to pay for the next month.
- Example: if you would like to cancel tumbling for November you will need to cancel by October
Makeup policy:
Makeup classes are available for days the gym is closed (ie. vacations, emergencies, or sickness). If you need to do a makeup, you will need to request it via email and have it approved. This will help us stay on top of who is coming and going so we can plan classes accordingly. If the request hasn’t been sent in and approved, your child may be asked to sit out.
Please take note of the following:
- Our year will be broken into 3 sessions; Session 1 (January-May), Session 2 (June-August), and Session 3 (September-December). Makeup classes for one session will NOT carry over to the next
- If you cancel/un-enroll in all classes, you cannot continue to attend makeup classes. ALL makeup classes must be completed before cancellation or you will lose the opportunity to makeup.
Changes to your tumbling time:
We understand that things come up and schedules change. If you need to make a change to your child’s tumbling (adding, dropping, or changing a class), you will need to notify us by the 15th of the month prior to the change. This notice allows us time to make the change before your payments are processed and you are charged. The drop request form is not required for simple class changes, only cancellation.
KEY POINTS ABOUT CLASSES:
- All students are highly encouraged to enroll in at least 2 hours a week for the best results and most progress.
- Elite-level students must take the 1.5-hour class as more time is needed to master the skills worked in this level.
- Private lessons are great to help students master a specific skill or overcome mental blocks. However, private lessons alone are not as effective. Classes help the athletes get comfortable and build confidence as they work a variety of things. Classes also review and practice basic skills which make up the harder skills.
- If you are new here and don’t have a class for you or your child, please reach out so we can get you in for a FREE trial class!
