KEY POINTS ABOUT CLASSES:

  • All students are highly encouraged to enroll in at least 2 hours a week for the best results and most progress.
  • Elite-level students must take the 1.5-hour class as more time is needed to master the skills worked in this level.
  • Private lessons are great to help students master a specific skill or overcome mental blocks. However, private lessons alone are not as effective. Classes help the athletes get comfortable and build confidence as they work a variety of things. Classes also review and practice basic skills which make up the harder skills.
