At Level Up, our mission is to create a safe and welcoming place for all our athletes, regardless of age, gender, or skill level. We prioritize creating a positive and fun learning environment. We encourage hard work, goal-setting, and overcoming fears. We want every athlete to push themselves to new heights and “level up”.

Hello! My name is Lindsay and I am the owner of Level Up Tumbling. A little about me…I am 22 years old and graduated from AF high in 2020. I then went to college and graduated as a registered nurse in 2023. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and being outdoors! I have a lot of hobbies (wakeboarding, dirt biking, skiing, horseback riding, snowboarding, working out, hiking, etc). I also played soccer for about 10 years! When I was little I took gymnastics for a couple of years and fell in love with it but couldn’t continue. But when I was 14 I found a gym where I began tumbling again, then coaching, and I’ve been doing it since (nearly 8 years)!! I purchased the gym I worked for (Cole Tumbling Center) in October of 2024 and opened Level Up Tumbling. This is my passion. There’s no better feeling than working with athletes to accomplish goals and master new skills. I love helping people build confidence in themselves and showing them that they can do hard things if they set their mind to it.

Hey everyone! My name is McKayla and I’m 28 years old. I grew up in American Fork and graduated from AFHS in 2014. I have a 2.5 year old daughter who is my whole world! I love spending any extra time outdoors and up in the mountains. You can always count me in for an adventure! I started gymnastics in Alpine when I was 4 years old and instantly fell in love with it. It became my life and my passion. I continued on with competitive gymnastics and have 15+ years under my belt. I coached gymnastics for a year after I graduated high school before life took me in a different direction. I found my way back and have been coaching with Lindsay for a little over a year and there’s truly no other place that makes me feel as happy and fulfilled. To be on the other side and coach is a different world, but it’s the best feeling! I am so excited to work with your littles and teach them new skills, but more importantly, build their confidence within themselves! I will never forget all that my coaches did for me and I hope to do the same!!

Hi! My names Emery and I’m one of the coaches at Level Up! Coaching for me is just truly so rewarding. I love seeing each kid progress each week. Coaching is something I’ve loved for so long but I also love all things cheer, travel, and doing nails! Before I ever started coaching I was a competitive gymnast and tumbler for 5 years! I then moved to both Elite All-star and game day cheerleading when I got older and have done it for over 6 years! When I was 14 I started coaching gymnastics. I later moved on to coaching tumbling at Cole’s with Jessica and Lindsay, now it’s been nearly 3 years!
